The Glo Battle of the Year Nigeria national finals will be exciting for dance and music enthusiasts, with afrobeat singers Davido, Olamide, PSquare, Teni, and Simi on the line-up to play at the national finals slated for April 23 and 30 2022 in Lagos.
The live events at Eko Hotels and Suites are described as “two nights of endless entertainment.”

Dancers ranging from BBoys to Krumpers, Lockers to Afro dancers, and BBoy Crews are on their way to Lagos, where the champions in each category, as well as Nigeria’s representative at the World Battle of the Year competition in Japan, will be announced and will walk away with millions of dollars.
Regional finalists in the crew category emerged at the end of Episode 10 after a show of dance floor artistry, with judges searching for good foundations, clean executions, cyphers, freezes, and power techniques.
From Abuja, the Street Cypher crew travels to Lagos. The team, which has previously won two dance championships, will be trying for a third. The seasoned Footloops will represent Benin, while 11 Allstars from Portharcourt, the BOTY 2017 winners, will be looking to bring the trophy back to their territory.
The Funky Fellas will represent Kaduna, and with three trophies already under their belt, the crocodile city’s group will be hoping for a fourth.
The Outsiders crew will be representing the Enugu region, while the 619 crew, headquartered in Lagos, will be trying to use their abilities, skills, and expertise to win the competition.
